Rios Immigration Defense Seeks to hire a Bilingual (Spanish) Law Clerk in Seattle, WA. The Law Clerk must have experience conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing correspondence, and managing case files. Responsibilities include handling filings, organizing petition packets, preparing applications, processing petitions, maintaining files, entering data into a case management system, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with the legal team.

Candidates must have a master’s degree in legal studies, a minimum of twelve (12) months of experience as a legal assistant or legal advocate, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems and fluency in Spanish.
